Welcome to The Whistle Stop Ranch! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

  • The Whistle Stop Ranch sells premium, all-natural beef products.

  • All purchases are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Product Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Bulk beef orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure processing.

  • Payments are accepted via major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and other approved methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders using third-party cold shipping services.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, The Whistle Stop Ranch is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an issue with the order (see our Return Policy for details).

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report it within the designated timeframe.

5. Bulk Beef Orders & Processing

  • Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef orders require a deposit and are processed at a local USDA-inspected facility.

  • Processing dates are subject to scheduling availability.

  • Customers must select their processing options before the cut-off date. Failure to do so may result in standard processing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they have proper storage for frozen beef upon delivery.

  • Any failure to store products correctly after delivery is not the responsibility of The Whistle Stop Ranch.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of The Whistle Stop Ranch and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Whistle Stop Ranch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for any health-related issues resulting from improper storage or preparation of our beef.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Kansas. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with state and federal law.
